Not a big authentic Chinese food fan here. Love places like Panda's (mushroom chicken yummy), but the Chinese probably don't consider that Chinese. I spent some time on a project in Shanghai and Suzhou for work, and about starved to death. I can only eat so much cooked bamboo, chickens feet, and mystery meats... It's like my sister in Spring Texas says. Us Hoosiers (Indiana folks) just think we like Mexican food, but have no idea what real Mexican food is. She may be right, but I do love our Hoosier versions of international foods.
