soap is white and dry on the bottom Empty soap is white and dry on the bottom

I have now started to make 6 kilo batches to sell wholesale. The problem is when I make these batches the bottom and sides of the soap has a dry crumbly crust. Can't work out what I could be doing wrong. Has Anyone got any ideas???
